Sheila works as a Data Scientist & AI Engineer in the Singapore government in the field of Generative AI, Time-Series Forecasting, and Deep Learning. She holds a Masters in Data Science from Columbia University, and has worked on ML in the US. In 2023, she was the Champion of GovTech Singapore’s inaugural LLM Prompt Engineering competition.
